1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NinjaRentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, or rules provided on the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Purpose of the Platform
NinjaRentals serves as a comprehensive rental marketplace that connects businesses with other businesses (B2B) as well as consumers with fellow consumers (C2C). Our mission is to simplify and streamline the rental process for a wide range of equipment and items—especially tailored to meet the needs of contractors, individuals, and service providers.
Whether you’re sourcing high-quality equipment or offering your own items for rent, NinjaRentals empowers users to meet demand efficiently by bridging the gap between availability and accessibility, all while ensuring a seamless rental experience.
3. User Responsibilities
All users of the platform agree to the following:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all interactions and listings.
- Respect the terms outlined in rental agreements, including agreed-upon pickup/drop-off times and item usage instructions.
- Ensure proper care and responsible use of all rented items, including adherence to safety guidelines, manufacturer instructions, and all applicable local laws.
- Report any issues, damages, or disputes promptly and cooperate in resolving them.
- Misuse of the platform or negligence in handling rented gear may lead to account suspension or legal consequences.
4. Pickup & Drop-Off Policy
Currently, all rentals are pickup and drop-off only.
- It is the responsibility of both parties (renter and lender) to coordinate logistics clearly and respectfully.
- Timeliness, professionalism, and communication are expected from all users during pickups and returns.
5. Payments & Fees
All transactions must be processed through the NinjaRentals platform.
- NinjaRentals deducts a platform commission from the lender’s earnings. This fee will be disclosed transparently prior to confirming any rental transaction.
- Additional charges such as payment gateway fees (e.g., Stripe), platform maintenance, and hosting costs are factored into our pricing to ensure continued service and reliability.
- We aim to keep fees minimal while maintaining platform integrity and secure transactions.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Each rental listing may have its own cancellation and refund terms, which users are expected to review before booking.
- We strongly encourage open and prompt communication between renters and lenders to resolve any changes or cancellations amicably.
- In the case of disputes, NinjaRentals may intervene as a neutral party; however, we are not legally responsible for any financial losses, damages, or non-compliance by users.
7. Damage, Loss & Disputes
- Renters are expected to return all items in the same condition as received.
- In the event of damage, theft, or loss, both parties should attempt to resolve the matter directly.
- While NinjaRentals may facilitate dispute resolution, the platform is not an insurer or guarantor of any item listed.
- Repeated disputes or abuse of platform trust may result in user suspension.
8. Platform Updates & Changes
- NinjaRentals reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for updates.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- NinjaRentals shall not be held liable for any injury, property damage, financial loss, or legal issues resulting from the use of any rented equipment or services arranged via the platform.
- Users are solely responsible for inspecting items prior to use, using them responsibly, and recognizing their own limitations.
- Always follow safety protocols and exercise caution with all rented items.
